The Wire is an all ages venue that opened in August of 2006 after a year and a half of planning and remodelling a space that gives bands, artists, filmmakers and their fans everything they could want in a local venue. It is independently owned and operated by a friendly staff of musicians and artists.

But don't let the size of this venue fool you. Most people that have come here tell us it's one of the best sounding venues they have been to, thanks to the help of Darryll Smith (Line 6) who designed a sound and lighting system specifically for our space.

We host live music featuring local and national touring bands, art exhibits, and independent film screenings up to five nights a week and are always looking for people who are interested in booking a show or event. So contact us and let us know how we can help you or your band.
